"Hear my voice!"
Birthing women and people, birth partners and family: tell us about your maternity or neonatal care so we can flag up any areas of concern or praise with the Rosie Hospital, Cambridge, UK.
You may feel that alone, your opinions and feelings about your maternity or neonatal care, whether good or bad, will not make a difference but by drawing experiences together as a group we can make sure our voices are heard and taken seriously.
Rosie Maternity & Neonatal Voices meets quarterly with senior staff at the Rosie Hospital, commissioners, local charities, community and voluntary groups, and Healthwatch Cambridgeshire, to review the experiences and feedback collected from our surveys and outreach work.

If you are experiencing any difficulties with your birth
The survey is to collect feedback and experiences from recent users of the Rosie Hospital and its community services.
If you are experiencing any difficulties from your birth please talk to your GP, community midwife, health visitor, the Rosie Birth Afterthoughts service or Petals Counselling Service for help and support. |
If you would like to make a complaint, please contact the Patient & Advisory Service (PALS) where you will receive an individual response.
If you are still in hospital and are unhappy with any aspect of your care, please ask to talk to the ward manager or contact PALS (their office is adjacent to Addenbrookes' main entrance, open Mon-Fri 9am-4pm). |
