Book a 121 call with our trained service user reps to share your maternity experience by filling in the form below. Please note that we are not midwives or counsellors, our role is to listen to your experience and then feedback trends to the hospital to help us to co-produce change and improvement.
We do not pass on your contact information to the hospital and all concerns and praise shared with us is collected into themes and fed back anonymously to the senior staff. Specific complaints should be directed to PALS, which is the hospital's formal complaints & concerns department.
